This policy explains how Eumelia Ltd (company number 13010036) handles the business content you upload to QuoteMe, including past quotes, client briefs, documents, photos and any other materials.

Your content is yours

You retain ownership of all quotes, documents, images and other content you upload. We do not claim any ownership rights over your materials.

How we use uploaded quotes

When you upload past quotes, QuoteMe analyses them to create a personalised house-style profile for your business. This profile is used only to draft quotes for your account.

We do not use your uploaded quotes or client data to train or improve general AI models, and we do not share your content with other users.

AI processing

Some features use AI services to read, summarise or draft content. Your data is sent to our AI providers only when needed to provide the service, under contractual protections that keep it confidential and prohibit retention or reuse.

Security and storage

Your content is stored in encrypted cloud databases with strict access controls. We back data up regularly and monitor for unauthorised access.

Retention and deletion

We keep your content for as long as you maintain an active account. If you delete a quote, training document or your entire account, we remove the data from active systems within a reasonable time and from backups in line with our standard backup schedule.

Client and third-party data

If your quotes contain personal data about your clients or third parties, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process that data. We act as a processor on your instructions for the content you upload.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with a new “last updated” date.
